Jupyter notebook에서 한글 폰트 설정하기
0. 글꼴 설치 & 확인
apt로 nanum글꼴 설치 및 fc-cache명령으로 폰트 캐시 삭제
$ sudo apt install fonts-nanum
$ sudo fc-cache -fv
Ubuntu의 폰트가 저장돼있는 디렉터리

Matplotlib 폰트 정보 관리
matplotlib는 사용할 font정보를 fontList.json에서 관리함
- 나눔 글꼴을 matplotlib에 복사하고
- 자동으로 생성되므로 삭제해주고 최신화 시켜주어야한다.
본인은 pyenv를 통해 파이썬 버전을 관리하고있기 때문에 경로가 다르다.
default-path: /usr/local/lib/[python-version]/dist-packages/matplotlib/mpl-data/fonts/ttf/
$ sudo cp /usr/share/fonts/truetype/nanum/Nanum* ~/.pyenv/versions/jupyter-3.5.2/lib/python3.5/site-packages/matplotlib/mpl-data/fonts/ttf
$ rm -rf ~/.cache/matplotlib/*
삭제해야 할 캐시
1. matplotlib에서 사용 가능한 ttf폰트 목록 확인
jupyter notebook 상에서 진행
‘Nanum’이 포함된 목록만 추출

2. 전역 글꼴 설정
matplotlib.rcParams를 통해 matplotlib의 다양한 설정값을 읽거나 지정할 수 있다.
